LUCAS T. SCHAD
Lucas T. Schad, AIA was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies. He headed west to study architectural design at Montana State University at Bozeman, where he received a Master's Degree in Architecture.
While completing graduate school Lucas worked as a teaching assistant in addition to a full-time job at a drafting firm in Bozeman. Upon graduation, he moved to Livingston in 2003 and worked for a local firm for 10 years on projects which ranged in size from small additions to multi-million dollar commercial ranches. In 2014, Lucas decided to hang out his shingle and opened LTS Architecture.
Lucas is married to his beautiful wife and is a proud father of three boys and one girl. He enjoys wood working in his shop, hiking in the mountains and hunting. Above all, he enjoys the creative problem-solving demands of the architecture profession.
KRISTIN VANDERLAND
Kristin, hailing from Beaverdam, Virginia, brings a unique perspective to our architectural team. Her diverse background and experiences add depth and richness to her creative approach. With a Masters's degree in Architecture from Montana State University, Kristin's education and expertise further enhance her ability to conceptualize and execute outstanding designs. Her passion for combining functionality with aesthetic appeal shines through in every project she undertakes, leaving a lasting impact on our clients and the built environment. Kristin's journey from Beaverdam to becoming a highly accomplished architect exemplifies her dedication, determination, and unwavering commitment to her craft.
PARKER MURPHY
Parker, originating from Golden, Colorado, is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman with a bachelor’s degree in environmental design (architecture). As an avid outdoorsman, Parker brings a passion for highlighting the natural environment through architecture and custom details. His goal is to further his knowledge by “being a sponge” at LTS – constantly learning and applying a fresh take on architecture and the design process. When not working on custom designs at LTS, you can find Parker on any number of Montana streams – fly rod in hand.

Lee, our dedicated laborer at our construction company, is an invaluable member of our team. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence never go unnoticed. Nicholas Moholt
Nicholas Moholt is a versatile and dynamic Architectural Project Coordinator at our firm, bringing a unique blend of skills and experiences to our projects. With a diverse background that includes serving in the U.S. Air Force, obtaining an associate degree in airfield management and managing a successful landscape fabricator shop, Nick's journey has equipped him with a wealth of expertise that enriches our team.
