LUCAS T. SCHAD
Lucas T. Schad, AIA was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies. He headed west to study architectural design at Montana State University at Bozeman, where he received a Master's Degree in Architecture.
While completing graduate school Lucas worked as a teaching assistant in addition to a full-time job at a drafting firm in Bozeman. Upon graduation, he moved to Livingston in 2003 and worked for a local firm for 10 years on projects which ranged in size from small additions to multi-million dollar commercial ranches. In 2014, Lucas decided to hang out his shingle and opened LTS Architecture.
Lucas is married to his beautiful wife and is a proud father of three boys and one girl. He enjoys wood working in his shop, hiking in the mountains and hunting. Above all, he enjoys the creative problem-solving demands of the architecture profession.
KRISTIN VANDERLAND
Kristin, hailing from Beaverdam, Virginia, brings a unique perspective to our architectural team. Her diverse background and experiences add depth and richness to her creative approach. With a Masters's degree in Architecture from Montana State University, Kristin's education and expertise further enhance her ability to conceptualize and execute outstanding designs. Her passion for combining functionality with aesthetic appeal shines through in every project she undertakes, leaving a lasting impact on our clients and the built environment. Kristin's journey from Beaverdam to becoming a highly accomplished architect exemplifies her dedication, determination, and unwavering commitment to her craft.
JUSTIN SAZAMA
Justin, a military veteran, brings a unique set of skills and experiences to our team as an equipment operator. His dedication, discipline, and strong work ethic, honed during his time in the military, make him a reliable and invaluable asset on our projects. Justin's ability to operate heavy machinery with precision and efficiency ensures that tasks are completed safely and on schedule. Beyond his technical expertise, his leadership qualities and teamwork mentality contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. We are grateful for Justin's service to our country and his continued dedication to excellence in his role as an equipment operator.

Nicholas Moholt is a versatile and dynamic Architectural Project Coordinator at our firm, bringing a unique blend of skills and experiences to our projects. With a diverse background that includes serving in the U.S. Air Force, obtaining an associate degree in airfield management and managing a successful landscape fabricator shop, Nick's journey has equipped him with a wealth of expertise that enriches our team.
