Winner of the 2008 Montana Preservation Alliance award for Adaptive Reuse of a Historic Building, the Goughnour Condos are located in downtown Livingston, Montana and feature a charming blend of old and new. The brick structure at the front of the site was built in 1896 and housed offices of the Goughnour Lumber Company, while the new buildings in the back were designed in the style of an old stamp mill and feature rough-sawn lumber and a corrugated metal roof.
